Worth performing/rebuild
I have a 2003 Acura rsx type s (k20a2) was curious is it worth performing/rebuilding this engine if it's over 200k, car runs like a champ never had any problems with it it's well taken cared of. Car has 210k on it was thinking of making into a all motor car but would it be worth to do on a high mileage engine?

That's what a rebuild is for. Sounds like yours is a perfect candidate for a rebuild when the time comes but slight ticking might not be a sign that it needs a rebuild.

Not wanna sound stupid but would highly modifying the engine cause any problems in the future do to high miles. Then it would with a lower mile engine?

I was told a long time ago (I am in my 50's), there are only so many horses in an engine, how fast they are extracted determines the longevity of the engine.

Generally speaking, the best thing to do before anything else is to have the engine thoroughly checked, compression numbers, etc, so you know you have a healthy engine to begin with...
