I have a 2003 Honda Civic EP2 1.6vtec automatic transmission with 220,000km , recently, in morning with the starts cold, I hear whistling or whining noise from the direction of the motor \ automatic transmission. The noise rises with the gas pedal revs (even on neutral\idle). It happens only in the first 15 minutes of the ignition and disappears when the engine warms up his work temp'.

Since, there is another problem when the vehicle is cold, automatic transmission gear sliding transition from 2-gear to 3-gear. But that disappeared after 10 or 15 minutes from the first start engine.

Importantly, gear oil was replaced (original honda) before 15,000km or less and it looks clean and pink \ red color.
Is this situation can lead to a large general repair or it could be just because of any air sensor or minimal problem ?
