if you wanna see one of those, just drive up to canada, http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emsmile.gif
it looks too much like the new civic, unlike the first EL.

Those cars are nasty and they suck! They have the Canadian Si Motor (127hp I think) and are all weieghed down....they're very ugly too!

I didn't mind the prvious model as much, but still too heavy...

I think Honda is or should at least design something off the S2000 platform for a new "RSX/Integra" Sedan. Try to be a little more competitive to the BMW 3 Series and Lexus IS300. The TL is just to big and heavy lokking to me, still a nice car though.

Yeah, what happend to the "BMW Competitor?" That was suppose to be the misssion of the RSX. Where are the Coupe and Sedan?

If the RSX is basically a Civic HB (no flames please), then it should not be hard to build an RSX Coupe and RSX Sedan.

hey,

i've seen that car before in the bay area. its a 1.6 acura el,aka civic, i think. the EL that i saw doesnt look like that tho, it looks more like an accord civic. the front of it resembles a 96 accord and the rear looks like a 2000 accord and 96 civic combined. i'll try to get a pic of that car and post it, if you see this car on the road you'll be like..... what the hell is that??? coo car tho.

Yeah, I've seen several 1.6ELs in the SF bay area, but have not seen 1.7ELs. There were some cosmetic differences between the 1.6EL and G6 Civic. But the difference is less on the 1.7EL and G7 Civic.

The reason I would be for the EL here in the U.S. is the leather option, and better noise insolation. The "Civic" is fine for me.

I drove this car once when my car (ITR) was in for service. It had the worst steering I've EVER felt in a car. It was overboosted, uncommunicative and dead. I don't know how anyone can drive that car.

Mind you, I think the ITR also has an overboosted steering, just not as bad as the new 1.7 EL. Terrible.

Isn't the CL Type-S the BMW competitor? (curious)
