Rpm drops while slowing down

Rpm drops while slowing down
Have an ep3. When im driving and shift to neutral to slow down, the rpm drops down to around 100-200 rpm (the idle line) and goes back up to round 1k (where it usually stays). It did stall a few times. No check engine.
