Overreved -- Head apart. No sign of damage
Well to make a long story short, i overreved to about 11k... car drove fine expect when at idle, when i got a rough idle, misfire #4 code, and overrev code. Also the compression on #4 was 130. Took the head apart today, clyinder walls look good, valves appear to be seatting flush. I have to take the springs off to see more.
but one thing i noticed is that each pison has the slightest play in them when pushed side to side. They all have about the same amount, i was wondering, is this normal?
Also, i want to get type R cams and s2000 springs. is it wise to get a 11.5 thinner gasket? or do i need other supporting mods to run that safe. Is there anything else i should get while i'm in there(being practical). Thanks alot

Re: Overreved -- Head apart. No sign of damage (FullEffect256)
with the head off, it would be a good idea to check the length of travel of the pistons. it would seem that the damage of overrevving would come at the rods (stretching, cracking)
