Working on all my water lines and fuel lines . I need some crush washers for my banjo fitting on the turbo. Order a 3.5 to 3.0 90 coupler for the throttle body.

So I got the turbo and downpipe back on today. I'm still waiting on parts for the intercooler piping on the cold side. Just going to reuse the old intercooler and the old hot side. It seems to be limited on space on the ep3 and it's very difficult to plumb my other intercooler.

I'm going to get a better intercooler one day, but for now I'll have to stick it out with what I got. Got my bov flange rewelded in a new location. Radiator seems to fit with in an inch or so. Had to figure out the wiring harness. Good thing I'm a guru... I'm hoping to start it up tomorrow maybe after I adjust the valves. Man I need to clean my light.

Did the valve lash adjustment and the front brakes. Found out I stacked the clutch disc wrong on the twin disc. It makes noise when its running. Other than the clutch making noise I think it's going to be good. I'll have to wait another week since I'm a busy guy. Well I went ahead and ordered the koyo radiator cap since it doesn't come with one.

Only issues I had with the harness is the knock sensor was different then the one I had which is the k20 knock sensor. I had to wire in my tps of course since I'm using the q45 throttle body. Everything runs so far haven't ran it long yet because of the clutch. I used a k20 ecu pinout to help connect the plugs to the sensors. The colors on my harness seem to match for the most part.

Making more progress. Got the tranny working with the clutch, but it was a pain.
Next I need a throttle bump stop, ordered some quik latches for the hood , since I had to make more clearance for the manifold, and to remake my power harness. Here's a couple of pics of progress.

Getting closer to that alignment and tune. I have a couple more things to tie up here. One of my water lines to the turbo was leaking so I had to order new AN fittings. Got the throttle body taking care of just waiting on new gasket for it. Made the power harness. Hood pins should be here next week and the rest of the stuff should be here too. Started messing with the hondata boost solenoid. Wireworx didn't pin B21 on my harness so I had to pin it with a pin. Got my +12v ready for a tie in for the solenoid under the column. Hopefully an alignment and tune are coming soon.

Good luck man. Hey question, was it hard doing your own charge harness? Do you know if there are any companies that you can send yours in to be done up? I want to relocate battery and fuse box. Thanks.

Re: The Offical K24a2 swapped ep3 thread...
I had a couple of problems on the dyno. Dang tps sensor on the q45 throttle body wasn't working properly.I had the wires backwards ,so I switched them around. I still had problems with it. I tried adjusting it and the dang bolts broke off inside it. Then I messed it up even more trying to extract them out. It sucks badly, but i decided to just get a new throttle body and use my old tps from ktune. Ill have to reweld the intake manifold. Tuner said its going to make a lot of power. I wasn't able to do a full throttle pull, but got a half pull up to 5500 rpms it made 260whp so far at 5 psi. I'll be back!
