It would be more helpful if we knew which engine you have and waht parts are already in your possession. Otherwise I recommend acurapartsnow.com for their list and exploded view diagrams

I have a k24 engine in my rsx im looking to swap the k20 on in the spring. The parts i have is my head, rocker arm assembly, pretty mich everything for it to go back together the things i feel i am missing are valves, springs, retainers, etc.. I should have been more specific.

For valves- ferrea, super tech, brian crower are all good brands. Flat faced bumps up compression just a touch.
For springs/retainers- Brian crower, super tech, skunk2... there are others out there, just read up on whether or not you want stainless steel vs titanium
Make sure you get the head decked and leveled. If you need valves, having a machine shop do a valve job and installation with head decking will cost about $400. Maybe port it too? Depends on what your goals are.
Assuming you have Kpro...
I'd also recommend a 50 degree VTC intake gear for wider tunability, and a good intake/exhaust manifold. While you're knee deep in the engine, it would probably be a good time to replace your timing chain and tensioner (recommend hybrid racing tensioner)
