Can anyone tell me where the PCV valve is located on a Civic Si 2002? I have looked and know what to look for (I think 95% I know) but am not sure. I have read it is on the right side, underneath, and on the left, the side where the air intake and filter are. But all I see area bunch of hoses, some could be vacuum hoses, etc. I am looking for a metal piece with hose on it, but just am not sure which one it is.

Please specify driver side or pax side if you respond and do know, that way there will be no confusion. I appreciate anyones help. I can post a pic if needed.

Its on the passenger side on the water pump housing next to the belt. There is a hose that comes off the side of the intake manifold that goes to it. The pcv is threaded into the housing.

so, what is the name of the part (labeled item #1) that the other end of the hose goes into? it looks like some sort of housing that is mounted to whatever number "1" is as it gets turned by the serpentine belt. Do you have a list of the items you have marked on the picture that you can send me so i can identify the different items you have labeled? i certainly would appreciate it.

i guess the pcv valve screws right in there to the intake manifold, right above the alternator. any easy tricks as to getting that hose off of there without tearing it up?
