Default Heater fan stopped blowing on my 03 EP. Anyone else? How to fix?

I drive an 03 EP hatch.

My heater fan stopped blowing a few months ago. Hot air does not blow out of the vents when I turn the heater on. Also, the AC does not engage when I turn it on most likely because the fan does not turn. I'm referring to the in-cabin fan that drives air out of the vents.

I checked all the fuses and everything is fine. In fact, one day the fan started blowing for like 10 minutes and then it stopped working again. SIGH!

Anyone else experience this problem? I figure it's an easy fix. Like a lose plug somewhere. But where?

Go to ephatch.com and download the electronic copy of the Helm's manual, there should be trouble-shooting instructions on how to fix this.
