esp lights?

Default esp lights?

why is my eps light staying on?an why doesn't the power steering work?
i called the dealer and they just said check the fluid level and to bring it in for a look.i don't know were to check the fluid level(me stupid). an i have 4 dollers to my name.what the hell am i suppost to do.
by the way its an ep3(02/60,000 miles).can somebody please help.

If I'm not mistaken, it should be located under the hood on the driver's side (very close to it too). Anyways, check out your owner's manual, it'll tell you exactly where it's located, how to check the fluid etc. etc.

There is no fluid, the EP has electric power steering...

First check the EPS fuse...if the fuse is still good take it to Honda and they can diagnose if it's something electrical or the EPS motor itself.

Customer of mine is having the same problem aswell. Fuse was good but he is going to take it in to the dealership. Ill post what the findings are.

thanks man.that would be awesome.an tell me everything that happens.i still need to get mine fixed.im just to broke.i just dont get it.its cool one day then doesnt work the next.an all the fuses are fine.

Im that customer i took it in today they said its the computer module that sits under the carpet on the passanger side they ordered a new one. I have a question will it mess anything up if i drive it with the power steering off for like 3 days.

Does your speedometer work?
Unplug and plug in your VSS.
My EPS light turned on from my VSS not being plugged in.
