Wrong thread brotha-man!!!!! but that's okay. for your lock problems, your door lock actuator is probably broken. It's like $35-$40 at the dealers. You might find it cheaper online. But stick with OEM cause who knows how long the aftermarket one will last. Also, it's a b*tch to replace... as for your tach... I dunno..
Here's a link to the correct thread for the EP3 forum, btw:

Re: EP3 Issues... Need some advice.
It will be either the gauge cluster itself, the VSS (vehicle speed sensor), or the wires in-between (least likely unless you've had work done recently).
Gauge cluster self diagnostic:
1. Push and hold the trip/reset button
2. Turn the lighting switch ON
3. Turn the ignition switch ON(II)
4. Within 5 seconds, turn the lighting switch OFF, then ON, then OFF again
5. Within 5 seconds, release the trip/reset button, then push and release it 4 more times
It'll beep 5 times, then all the warning lights flash, then the odo/trip lights flash 5 times, then the all the needles sweep from min to max to min. Odometer will then either display 88888.8 or Error. If the tach needle doesn't sweep right or the cluster displays Error then you need a new gauge cluster. * May have to do it a few times before you get the sequence right, it took me 3 tries before it would begin the self diagnostic.
You need a Honda harness to test the VSS correctly. A diagnostic tool with data feed may give a clue (low or no signal).
