EP REAR WHEEL LINERS
Does anybody know why the rear wheel well liner is made of a carpet like material? It's pretty annoying to me, seems to do nothing but collect dirt.

The carpet lining on the '04's is for sound purposes. They have those on the new TL's too. I noticed them when I got my '04 EP. My old '02 EP did not have them.
