Icon3 A/C Problem!/ New member

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum. My name is Will and I live in Springfield,MO.
I'm have a problem with my 2002 Honda Civic SI EP3. When turning the ignition on. The blower motor runs at high speed. The A/C button is off and also the fan speed controller is set to off. The blower motor runs all on its own. The compressor won’t turn on. That may be due to the reason of it being low on R-134A. When turning the fan speed controller on the A/C light will come on. I cannot turn the A/C Light off when pressing the button when the fan speed controller is turned on. I was able to before this happened. I did the self diagnostic test with the A/C button and it gave me 12 flashes. Which means problem in the blower motor circuit. I don't know where to begin lol. Need help asap!
Thanks

I bet you have a bad power transistor, its what controls the fan speed as you turn the dial.

If the fan control is on off, (key on engine off or running) unplug the power transistor the blower should go off. Never seen anything else cause your issue other than the power transistor. There is a Honda test but can't post it.
