Buying a civic need help

If it has been maintained that mileage wouldn't scare me at all.

I'd agree. The suspension work would, though. Check that to make sure either it's been lowered properly or that you've decided to completely change out the suspension after you purchase.

I mean if you want a car you'll never have to work on than no but Id just expect some minor issues. High mileage just means an excuse for a swap down the road!
