Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in on the header part of the question. I found a used JDM Type-R header and cat from someone on clubrsx for about 300 bucks. Just had to do a little work to repair a damaged stud. But its a 4-2-1 design with a high flow metallic cat. If you get that along with an RSX Type-s mid-pipe it all bolts up to the stock muffler just fine. I scored my DC5-S mid-pipe for 25 bucks from someone locally off of craigslist. Had to have a couple 02 sensor extensions made though or run RSX-S spec sensors. The real bonus to this set-up is I have no problem passing smog in California and its all OEM build quality.
