Default 02-04 DC5 front seats in a 2005

The new 05 seats are just too soft compared to the 02-04s. Does anyone know if 02-04 RSX front seats are a direct fitment in a 05? It seems like they would, but does anyone have any direct experience fitting them? I assume they're close, if not the same, but do they require any modification at all?

its just my opinion, but i think the 05 seats are much better. there's an additional pad on the seat, and the bolster support seems to be firmer.

why not just get aftermarket?

Well, each to their own. I went back and forth between a 04 & a 05 while they were on the lot and came to these conclusions.
Aftermarket costs a lot more to get. Getting the 02-04 still has leather and is free.

Also, I will be in Vegas from 7/12-7/14 if you might want to meet up there. Please send pics to Zuul_GS-R@Comcast.net and I will send some back so we can see the condition of all the seats before making any long trips.
I am looking for seats that are in the same great condition. These have only been used for 10k miles.
Hope to hear from anyone who has black 02-04 seats in great condition.

Shipping 2 oversized & heavy boxes will cost $100+ each.
Plus, what fun are you? it's an excuse for a road trip!!!
