TN spotting

Saw a black NSW yesterday on the Bristol Highway in Johnson City. Older NSX with a younger guy driving, had a temp tag on it. Anyone know this guy?

My friend (Dasani) saw him on some road (he drives a 99 EX). Whoever it is thought he wanted to race.....
