Where do you guys source OEM parts?
Hey guys,
Been trying to find a few items for the R and having a heck of a time. Or, more accurately, surprised at the prices lol
I guess, when I was growing up, parts were obviously more available and prices much lower. Then again, who would have surmised the dc2-R appreciating the way it has. Is this just the fair market value price these days? An acura emblem for example, was $80 and the leather shift **** was, $160. Crazy!
Here is what I have been using so far:
1. https://acura.bernardiparts.com/
2. https://www.acuraoemparts.com/about-us
3. ebay
4. forums
5. craigslist, kijiji etc
Am I missing anywhere else? Prefer new parts if possible. I am compiling a list of parts and part numbers but will stop if this is posted on this forum somewhere. Just a list of common parts that will probably need to be refreshed. 75700-ST7-R00Acura EMBLEM, FR. CENTER75701-ST7-R00Emblem, Rear Center (A) 75773-ST7-Z01ZAAcura STICKER, R. SIDE75783-ST7-Z01ZBAcura STICKER, L. SIDE
Thanks in advance

I used to just go through Chase since I wouldn't have to look up parts numbers.
I just put in an order through https://www.oemacuraparts.com/

Amayama, even with the higher shipping cost since it's in Japan you can still save a ton of money, and you have access to the JDM parts catalog which is much better than the Acura catalog in which many things are not available.

I usually just use a local dealer. I've priced out countless items with Irunoem.com or AFHKparts.com and they want the same price + USD and then Freight on top. Yes ITR parts are a premium its insane really. Seems like anything for a CTR is not same way **** you can buy a OEM CTR steering wheel for $180. ITR $900.
