What's your suspension setup (street)

Hi everyone,

I want to know whats your suspension setup (shocks/springs/coil overs) for street use only. I'm in the process of upgrading mine and want to hear from everyone what their setup is.

Mugen lowdowns. They are very sporty, but good for wknds.

Ground Control on Koni Yellows. 430f/350r rates. Feels pretty good on the street but a bit too soft for autocross/track days.

Cusco Zero 2E, can't remember the spring rates. I'll update when I find out. They're no joke, set to full soft is (almost) overkill for street use.

Edit: looks like they're only 9k front 6k rear

I use Tein Monosport for my DD 16K/9K and they're just fine. Maybe a bit harsh for some people. Used to have KW V3 on my last integra which rode super nice...much nicer than the Teins on the street probably because the spring rates were a lot softer.

I have the same exact set up. GC recommends this if you want the stock feel. I couldn't agree more. It's a very good set up if your stock dampers are at end of life, and you want to replace with something comparable. I might switch to stiffer springs when doing more aggressive driving.

It's a great combo. I had the same setup on my old GSR and I don't remember having as much flex as I do with the ITR. I'll be bumping up to 550 springs in the front and swapping the 430 to the rear. Hopefully that should help with compression.

I'm curious about this too.

There's 3 types of H&R springs. I have the race version on my sedan and they're awful. They make so much noise I regret putting them in. Will definitely be swapping out to my GC.
