Default What's your MPG?

List your mods and driving habits and MPG.

I've filled my car up about 4-5 times. Average MPG is 24MPG. Lowest is 20MPG and highest is 27MPG. Yeah I have a gas guzzler.

Gee, I don't fee so bad anymore.
I used to be able to get 32 mpg or more, but since the turbo I'm down to 20-22 or so with the turbo unit.
City/highway with light or occassional boosting.

24-25 here. That's with about 10% freeway and 90% stop and go. Also take into account that I live in a hilly area.

Mods are VAFC vtec at 4500 tuned. 2.5" collector 4-2-1 header, 2.5"testpipe, 2.5 inch exhaust, Ice Box with bumper duct.

If I get 225-250 out of a tank then Im happy. Usually its less than that. But I recently installed a WB O2 so I can start fussing with it myself so Im not running so rich.

I get about 22-23mpg in the City and about 28-30mpg on the highway. Mods are I/H/E, P&P head, Cams, Valves, VS & Retainers, VAFC, and ATS 4.9 FD. I turn about 5000rpms on the highway but can still keep it around 30mpg. I'm thinking about driving the ITR to Dallas from SC for Thanksgiving. Still not sure, that's a long drive alone. I can't believe that you are still getting that kind of gas mileage Len!!! All you have to do is stand next to your car and you smell gas!!! I thought you'd be in the high teens with your MPG. Brad

normal mix of city and highway driving with at most one visit to 6k or above per day = 29-30 mpg. On track, average I'd say 8-9mpg with worse of 6mpg iirc..

THIS IS A GSR len, superior to your rice burner

mods: aem cai, jdm itr 4-1 header, carsound cat.
