Seattle H-T/Hybrid Meet Results
Well, the event was a flop. About 20 cars showed up Saturday at Marymoor Park. Of the guys that showed up, they were awsome. We hung out, shared stories and technical information, looked at everyone else's cars, but no BBQ. The guys that planned the meet, and bring the BBQ, were no shows. To the guys that showed up, thanks for coming. It was good to meet you all that day and hang out a little at SCCA in Bremerton the next day. It was a shame that we had to get back or we would have stayed and partied with you guys for a bit. Someone there took a few pics of Saturday, so I hope that they will post them. As for us Utah guys, it was a long drive, but to meet all the nice people and see Seattle was all worth it. Maybe we can make a bigger event of it next time.

Re: Seattle H-T/Hybrid Meet Results (crashmase)
I felt so bad for the guys from UTAH. Not only was there no bbq, but cloudy/sprinkling weather, and barely any cars. I had a decent time. At least the people there were cool. anyways. hopefully we can get a bigger event going in mid-summer.

I had fun regardless, Although I was the only one that got drunk and raced people (just kidding, I didnt bring my car) well, got drunk atleast. The cars were aweshommm and the people were great.
To make some corrections, us Utah people brought hot dogs, chips, Beer (for me and Frank haha), buns, ketchup and what not. seattle folks brought beverages and the other people brought some schweet cars.
I would do it again in a heartbeat, only I would bring my car.

Seattle Import SCCA guys and HT members

Someday we should have a Utah meet, it would be aweshommmm

Here are my few pics of the event.
Driving up to the meet
Hanging out with the Utah guys
Here are some of the cars that showed up for the event.
The event was small but a lot of fun. The Utah guys kicked *** and where cool as hell. It was also really cool to see people from the event at the autocross the next day. Next time we need to plan a little more in advance and have plans for after the event as well.

Yea, it was a good meet, even though I was expecting a little more cars. But everyone made the best of things and that's all that matters. Good seein everyone in the NW again!

Like everyone else said, it was small but cool. I figured the lack of food was a distinct possibility so I ate before hand It seems the only good BBQ meet that ever goes down as planned around here are the CSI ones at Aarons I give the Utah an enormous for making the 12+ hour trip and not complaining about such a pathetic turnout. It was also really cool that ya'll came out and raced the next day. It's like pulling teeth to get some of the local guys to come out and ya'll drive half a day to do it. I say we try this again, possibly around National tour time in late July. Lots of stuff going on and a great racing weekend. I'll have my pics up in a bit.

Re: Seattle H-T/Hybrid Meet Results (fastfour)
Hey, fastfour try to post some more pics.
Thanks for inviting us to your barbq Nash. It would have been fun to chill with you guys that night. You, Kyle, and Nash definantly represented for the Seattle boys, to bad everyone else pretty much pussed out. SCCA was definantly good, you guys had fast times with fast cars. We have the same problems out here with people showing up. I hope we didn't bother anyone being from out of town and all. Seattle, Washington and the area were way cool and chill to hang out at.
Definantly would like to come up again with hopefully a little more going on.
