Andrew is developing one in CF. There was a thread last week all about it. It will be similar in design to the realtime.

Its looking like mine will be fiberglass or a blend of fiberglass and kevlar. I am doing this to keep the cost down, and because a carbon fiber version would be overkill. I should have the first one ready for testing later this month. I will definately be posting here when they are ready.

No, not for now. I want to keep the price down, and cost of a carbon one would be more than twice that of the fiberglass version. I have done a lot of research into both carbon fiber and fiberglass for this application, and I am confident that the fiberglass version will be just as strong -- it will weigh a little more however. Keep in mind, the Realtime splitters are fiberglass too.

It will have a gel coat made to be painted. If kevlar is used, it will just be in for structural support.

It will be a splitter and undertray package. A combination which is far superior than just an airdam.

I picked up a spare front bumper off from an accident so I'll put the splitter on there

Nice! I'd love to see and test this out.

Some of you are going to be surprised by the results for the worse since almost every single one of you is not going to have the correct suspension setup (this includes Tein and Zeal users).
