Answer: depends on the offset of your rim and the type of tire you use
215/45 work good (JDM Type Rs come with this tire size stock) but aren't mentioned on your list of choices.
I have 225/40-16s Pirellis on my 16x7 Mugen rims (50mm offset)
Otherwise 205/50 or 205/45 would also work (the aspect ratio is so close I doubt you would notice much performance difference between the two.

The 215/45-16 Azenis is a popular choice for those wheels. If you want to stick to 205 width I would go with a /50 series.

I would go with the 215/45, but otherwise, 205/45
If your suspension is stock, you might be able to get away with 225/45 (I think it's 45, might be 40) You'll only rub at full lock.

That should be fine. I just got 205/45 es100s for my mf10s and the guy at R & D said there would only be problems if i am running 225s, but i DO have a 43 offset.

awesome ride BigPhatR. they make mf10's in 15x6.5? I've never seen those before. where can I get myself a set of those? what's the offset?

Re: quick ? about tire size (midnightdarknes5)
Don't the 215/45/16 Azenis gear your R's higher??
I run those on my Lude to gear it lower...I can't imagine it would do the same for the R..
ps: what is the R's stock tire size again??
----EDIT----
nevermind, just read BigPhatR's first post me

Re: quick ? about tire size (Big Phat R)
Hey BigPhatR, do you have any rubbing issues becauase you are running a 50 offset? Is the handling a little different because of a more narrow track? I got some advice from a notable company saying that 50 would promote rubbing and tucks it in too much as opposed to a 43 offset...
what made you decide to go with the 50 instead of the 43?
