Praises to Trevor Tan!! ( VisualDynamics.CA )
Well, I've purchased the Phillips HID kit from him from the groupbuy a little over a month ago.... I then installed it to my car and noticed that it wasn't producing the HID output that it was suppose to produce... I noticed a yellow hue "tinge" on them... I then e-mailed and explained to him that that my ballasts might be defective.....With No questions asked, he replied to me, that he will be shipping a new pair of LVQ212 to me... After putting in the new pair with my fingers crossed.....there they were... crisp,white/bluish H.I.D output......
Just thought I'd shared this to you guys... Trevor is a man of his word.

Yep, Trevor is the man. And nothing beats having him located in a place that's local to my area 
When I had a problem with a ballast, at the SAME DAY I got a replacement ballast from him!
