i have a 99 honda civic Si with a B18b1 engine thats from a 94 acura integra gsr the issue im have is that when its sitting in neutral the idel is low 1000 or below and when driving come to stop or light it goes all back down to right under 1000 rpms it seems very low to me is this normal and the IAC is new and spark plug wires are new also please any help would be very appreciated to know if this is normal or not!!!!

Factory idle speed for a B18B is 750 +/- 50 RPM... as in 700-800 RPM. If you are around 1000 RPM, and sometimes under decel, slightly lower... you should be fine. Remember that you have this engine in a Civic chassis and not in an Integra chassis, so the fuel system is different and the stock ECU will not function optimally. Tuning can improve the engine operation.

sweet man thank you very much for that info i didnt know that no wonder im having issues with ecu i have to wiggle the wires around sometimes for car to start idk what it could be but now you say that makes sense
