kosei k1 16.5x8?

Long story short, my brother found me a set kosei k1s for really, really, really cheap. He was told it was 15s but turned out to be 16x8. but when he re-measured the diameter it was a bit larger than 16s. did kosei ever make k1 in 16.5x8? unless my brother measured it wrong.

I had a set of kosei k1's in 16 inch. they fit fine. Sounds like your brother measured wrong seeing as half sizes do not exist. It's 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 etc half sizes are only on width.
