on an off-topic note, it's funny you mention the Nissan Cima... my dad just told me to go look at the Infiniti M45 for him... doesn't look too appealing to me rather have him get the new E class or a Lexus GS hehe... but for $40k it doesn't look too bad...

Someone please explain this to me.

Don't the stock mirrors fold? (mine do)

What is the advantage to the JDM folding mirror???

I'm not flaming or passing judgement, I just don't understand all the excitement and wad-blowing over a folding mirror. we HAVE folding mirrors!

Electric mirrors are handy for people like me who have about 1 inch clearance between the mirrors and the gate posts when parking the car. It beats having to get out of the car or lean right over to fold in the mirrors and then put them back again - especially if the weather is crap.

So how much did the install cost?

Can we get a wiring diagram please.....I checked my Helms manual and there is no OEM relay for the power mirrors, so what OEM relay are you guys talking about.

Is this a relay that only comes on the JDM cars? I am so confused

We are working on it. The OEM relay is from the JDM mirrors. If you didnt get one you can use a radioshack relay but I know you have to wire those differently.

Did you ever say how much these things cost? That would be so ******* pimp to have the mirrors fold out when you start the car, and vice verse when you shut off. I want some for the gisser, Now.

Evan this post is old. I just bumped it cause people have been asking about them. I had these in way before my motor blew. We are building the engine next weekend. As for how much they cost it depends. I got the for $210shipped, but on ebay they can go from anywhere between $200-350.

so the diagram never got posted ?

it seems like its a lot easier when you have the OEM relay, which I don't but if anyone knows how to do this with the radio shack relay without having to hold the button for them to fold I would appreciate it.

My only question is, if you're parking so close that you have to fold in your mirrors, how do you open the door to get out of the car?
