Next time I go home I'll take my 96 spec ITR caliper bracket up with me and compare it to a mates 98 spec caliper bracket. Unless of course you beat me too it

Ok, thanks to many people here and itrca ...highroller54 was 100% right, as well as Willard for donating the Accord V6 calipers for test fitment and Joe/Doespike for the measurements off of his 98 ITR...

96-spec ITR rear brake upgrade to 98-spec/USDM rear brake specs:
- 98 ITR rear caliper/bracket
- 93 Accord rear rotor

It will all bolt up from there, no machining or spacing needed.

Rear calipers, boxed, with part numbers.

~10mm bolt spacing for hub

All bolts up and clears perfectly. e-brake cable fits, brake line fits (although it's somewhat tight, stainless lines could solve that)

All fastened up, looks good

96-spec ITR wheels clear without any issues

Awesome!

What pads are you using? 98 spec ones?

That NSX caliper looks like it is not centered on the rotor. I would consider shimming it with washers to center it if I was you .

The front calipers are slightly off, but considering it's a floating caliper, it should be fine. If I need to move it, I will.

I have stock 98 ITR pads all around for now. Will use something different on track.

So I finally got around to doing this too!

Used basically the same setup as cheezthis did but second hand calipers as new ones are a bit pricy for me! Also used Hawke HPS pads rather than OEM. Stoked with the result

Glad it worked! I'm using Hawks in the rear for track events as well.

I did unfortunately discover, with my car at least, that I have to remove the e-brake cable bracket in order to swap pads. It's a little annoying, but nothing huge.

so anyone know, when using prelude sr-v front rotors and front calipers on the 96 spec itr knuckles, how much needs to be shaved off the mating surface of the caliper carrier? or does any?
thanks
