Help Identifying Titanium Exhaust

Default Help Identifying Titanium Exhaust

Does anyone know the type or make of this exhaust? It is 2.5in piping, one piece, under axle, welded in more of a straight line (doesn't follow the stock body routing for exhaust), highly polished piping and a sort of brushed aluminium look for the muffler and tip, tip is about 2.5-3in in diameter. Welds are too perfect to be a custom one off piece, and there is no identification what so ever anywhere on the exhaust. Also there are no other resonators just the tail muffler. It is also definitely titanium you can balance the whole exhaust in the palm of your hand flat out.

After about 2 hours of searching last night I'm about 90% sure it is a Amuse R1 Titan, it fits all the specs: catback one piece, 8lbs, option C for tip and muffler (which on Amuse's site is a "unfinished" look like mine), 60mm piping.

I also found a member on here who had a pic of his and it looks exactly how mine did when I had it out of car:



Here are pics of mine for a better comparison:






Another thing that makes sense is these were made to order, so not massed produced, which means they didn't have to stamp them with their product name, and their is no way it is a replica because why make a replica ti exhaust out of ti? That's a bit counter intuitive. So my $2000 Amuse R1 I got for a measly $100

That's what I was saying, the guy who sold it to me was driving a FA5 CTR so it's not like he was hurting for money. I asked him what brand it was and he said he didn't remember just that it came off his boosted GSR from back in the day and he was just trying to get rid of it so maybe he really didn't remember the brand. I feel extremely lucky though.

Those are my pics! Glad you scooped it up for a good price. Thing sounds beastly. I still have mine but its sitting in my basement looking pretty. The blue markings that slowly come with it are amazing.

It looks like the one I recently purchased from SPEC -D TUNING . Could be wrong but it looks exactly like what I just installed.

Sorry but thats not the same at all. That ones just got a titanium tip where as the Amuse piece is completely titanium throughout.

The sound from this thing is unreal.

Type R Teg, glad you posted those pics, otherwise I would have never known. And yea this exhaust sounds awesome. A bit on the loud side but for daily driving but when you open it up its pretty sick.
