Engine CEL code?

Has anyone ever had CEL 67 on there R? I resetted mine but it keeps coming back on. I looked the code up and it is something with the cat. If anyone could explain or elaborate for me I would appreciate it. Thanks http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emsmile.gif

You want to take off the cat and check the catalyst material to make sure that it is still okay.
