So after long thinking I've decided to post my baby up for sale.

2000 ITR 56k~ miles - Beautiful condition

I purchased the car from its original owner in Feb. of '07 with 43k miles on it. The car has never had any engine mods except for the intake, which was installed by the original owner. Oil changed every 2500-3000 miles with redline/royal purple (Burns zero oil). The car is currently located in Daytona Beach, FL. I'm stationed in Texas and have been since last July, the car has been in storage since then. Except for a friend starting it and taking it for a short drive once a month, it really hasn't seen sunlight.

The paint is virtually swirl free, the previous owner and I both took meticulous care of it, and the same goes for the interior. Probably the cleanest interior I've seen on any integra period. The seats are mint - zero fade, bolsters still very stiff and un-squashed. The dash is free of any dents or cuts, and has always been cleaned with shine free interior cleaner. Here's a mod list I wrote up off the top of my head, I may have forgotten some parts as I haven't seen the car in almost a year.

I'm willing to take some parts off the car in order to lower price, Asking $18,000 as it sits.

- NOTES -
Bought from a middle-aged professional living in Moscow, ID, who purchased it from an older gentleman that picked it up new from the dealer in Albany, OR. Previous owners always garaged the car, and so have I. Never driven in winter. Detailed on a monthly basis. Condition of this well-kept car must be seen in person to be believed! Original Owner's Manual, Window Sticker, Helm Factory Service Manual included. Badge #98-0977 - 1 of 1,002 sold in US in 1998.

- ISSUES -
Transmission recently began to whine (05/2009). Most likely a bearing that can be replaced at minimal cost when doing clutch/flywheel service. Have spoken with another ITR owners that had the same whine, and he confirmed the initial diagnosis. No grinding/transmission dysfunction exists. Clutch still going strong, which is why I haven't had it fixed. Small nick on the rear bumper that has been filled with OEM Championship White paint. Several nicks/scratches on the wheels (none have been curbed though). Some scuffing on driver seat bottom from wearing shorts with velcro once (grrrrr). A couple *very* small dents on the hood, and two small dents on the driver side door - paint intact in all cases. Nothing a paintless dent removal professional couldn't fix if having the car looking like it just came off the showroom floor is your preference!

- Fresh paint job. The JDM front end was pretty dinged upon delivery and the rest of the car had some peeling clear coat in certain areas. Wanted to get everything in minty shape matching properly so I had the whole car sprayed along with the JDM ITR wheels. Only thing that didn't get sprayed was the bay since I wasn't looking to tear everything out of the bay that I just put in there and the jambs since there was no paint issues there. I also replaced the weather stripping along the top of the car and around the windshield since it was looking like it had some better days. The holes where the Acura lettering was (above the left tail light) and the front and rear red badges were all filled.

I am offering for sale a 1998 Acura Integra Type R that has been extensively modified. Very high quality parts have been used throughout the car in the areas that have been upgraded. The car has a fully built 2.0L racing engine (designed for road course use), modified suspension, and brakes (the seats and other safety equipment were installed to SCCA specifications). The engine, and all modifications to this car were done by LDL Speed Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada.

With some custom fabrication, we also were able to retain the air conditioning, despite the big tube DTR-FAB (Six Sigma Racing) header. Every effort was taken to retain a clean “finished” look for the interior, even though it has been completely redone. The front and rear seats and rear seat brackets were removed, along with the ITR center console. The door panels were also customized by an auto interior shop to allow for the size of the racing seat upper bolsters.

Sparco EVO XL racing seats, Sparco/Schroth 5 point harnesses, a padded Autopower roll bar, new custom fit rear carpeting, and a JDM ITR e-brake center console replacement were installed. I have included pictures of the interior from different angles. The Stereo/CD player, power windows, heater, A/C, keyless entry, and alarm all work perfectly. Unfortunately the car is too loud to listen to the stereo though, due to the Burns Stainless TIG welded custom 3” exhaust. Lol!

The LDL built racing engine has less than 2,500 miles on a complete rebuild, and the chassis has 65,000 miles. The exterior of the car looks as if it were new. I have $25k+ invested in this car, over and above the original cost of the car. Receipts can be provided to the new owner.

The WORK RSZ-R 15”x 7”+43 offset rims are mint, except the stickers have been removed, and the Nitto NT-01s are almost new. Here is a component list, with accompanying photos:

176,000 mainly highway miles. This vehicle is immaculate, especially considering the miles covered. This vehicle has been washed and waxed regularly since I purchased it in summer '03. There is no body damage and body work. On-time oil changes, solid maintenance history, and new parts. Minor paint chips on the front lip and 3 easily removed door dings are the only flaws.

Only mods are AEM Short Ram Intake(converted from Cold-Air), Mugen 5-way adjustable suspension.
