When I said extra, I didn't meant more fuel dumped into the motor. But more fuel left in it, after the combustion cycle. That unburnt fuel laying around is going to increase your carbon build-up.

Used Redline every 20k or so. Pulled injectors at 80k, dropped off at RC Engineering for a cleaning. They bench flowed the injectors and they were all within 1% and flowing 240cc. Said they didn't need to be cleaned.
RC Eng also said that injectors w/ 80k miles on them usually need to be cleaned.
So I don't know if Redline is the best but they did seem to keep my injectors clean according to RC.

Higher octane isnt going to leave any more behind than you'd get with the lower octane stuff.

i used Castrol Syntec 5w-30 and between the techron and the STP, i got an extra 25 miles out of that full tank with easy driving using the STP compared to the Techron. My driving was pretty consistant, i wasn't beating on the car at all and i averaged about 15-25 miles more per full tank after using that compared to the techron. Hope i helped
