You don't want to wait to see warning signs for a worn timing belt.
It should be replaced at 90k mile intervals. Your Water Pump is probably fine, but it's such a bitch to get to that it just makes sense to replace it when you do the timing belt. If you wait til the pump fails, you'll essetially have to do all the work involved in replacing a timing belt again.

with 95k on the clock id say your 5 thousand over due, if no one has done it since....id say do it real soon, i was going to wait on mine and i had a odd feeling that i should do it. i did it and the was a crack in it that couldn't be seen from the outside. water pumps, they are good until they make noise or start weeping, but since its off you should replace it.

While this might be true. Why wait??? If you are right there doing the belt it is only a couple more bolts and $40. This will save you doing the entire thing over again when the pump does go.
Also a lot of people change the tensioner pulley as a precaution.

i just did my timing belt, tentioner, tentioner spring, and water pump all at the same time. i bought the parts online and paid a shop $150 to install everything. i had 116,000 btw. i bought the parts when i had 100,000 and put off til a few days ago. i'm glad i did it though, more peace of mind.

Get your Timing belt & water pump done at the same time. And get it done really soon because as stated up ^^ the intervals are usually around 90k miles.
