what sould i do
ok my brother did a engine swap and he still has to get the power steiring pully belt off the old moter he said he couldnt get it off so he couldnt put my power stering belt on so what do you think i can get to break that crank off because i dont want to go to a shop and nether ride with out power steiring ????

umm why dont you go buy a ps belt from pepboys for like 10 bucks!
and why cant he get it off are the bolts on the pump seized up or something
if thats the case break the bolts off with a chisel or something or a grinder.

O man that nut is the worst nut ever. Speaking from experience, doing my engine swap, the ps pump nut was stuck so bad that we had to drill it out. My advice to u is get a clamp, clamp it down, then use an air gun to get that off. If u don't have air tools, then try using a breaker bar, and if that doesn't work, drill it out somehow, and if all else fails, go buy a new one. Good luck with it, I had a heck of a time getting mine to come off.

ahh my bad, I thought u wanted the actual pulley itself, but reading ur post once more I see u said belt. The belt should be fairly easy to get off. yeah Just lossen the nuts on the bolts that are on the pulley. If they're stuck spray some wd-40 on em, or use an air gun, or just a wrench/socket and some elbow grease. U could also drive without the power steering on. When I did my h22 swap I was ganna put power steering on, but tried driving it without it and never decided to put it on, it actually isn't all that hard to drive without p/s on an integra, except when ur in a parking lot or stopped.

dont touch the ps. crack the tensioner pully and its cake from there? diagram near the catalyst. i would say just razor blade the old belt and get a new one for like 7 bucks but you will still have to do the same to put it on.
