Im thinking of selling my 1990 integra Ls and was wondering what a good price would be im listing the options:

With what you're describing there, I'd say you could probably get $2,500-3,000. What hurts the value the most is the 150k on the block. You have a lot of nice parts on her but that doesn't increase the value much if at all. What kind of condition is the body in?

Also, how do you like the illumina / ground control setup overall? Easy to adjust?

Sounds like you have good parts and of course a great car, bur sorry the parts you have won't really raise the value. If I was you I would push for $3,500 firm Depending on body condition. If anything I'm willing to buy the hood, headlight and maybe the lip and corner lens. I think if you was to part it out you would get more money for it. Holla at me if you wanna make a quick buck. I love the illumina GC setup it rides hella nice and is easy to adjust 10mins max
I like to call them the poormans teins

Glad to hear you love the illumina / GC setup. I'll be putting that exact setup on mine soon.

Honestly, swapping the block wouldn't be worth the time or money to me if you plan on selling it. If you plan on keeping it for awhile, that's a different story.

if you we're to sell that you would go for 2k - 2500... the most...
my advise is sell all your aftermarket parts... and then bring the car stock... and try to sell the car close or exactly like the blue book
