Used car problems Tranny HELP??
Well i bought this 94 gsr integra. and he told me that the car runs fine all it needs is a dizzy and a new clutch. When i got home i try putting a dizzy in it to see if it turns on , but my dizzy was bad so i started changing out the clutch, when i bought the car from him he said that when he launched the car it went BOOM then after that the car will go in gear but it wouldn't move. so while i was taking out the clutch, i realize that the axle went out. So how do i know if the clutch is still good or not, dont when clutches are out it dont go in gear when the car is off riight?

if you have it apart just put a new on in anyways. If you dont have it out change the axle and see how it drives. If you notice something iffy with the clutch then just go ahead and change that out as well.
