Very low RPM idle
 

Just cleaned out my IACV with the IACV article. Car: 1992 Integra LS.

Installed everything and car idle drops lower than normal, like 100prm. Engine warm. wasnt this low before.

Check engine light on, Code 9.
But before i cleaned IACV car runs fine with CEL code 9 on.

I did do one thing that wasnt part of the IACV.

When the article said remove the hose from the IACV, i couldnt so i removed the plate for the hose, which coolant spilled out. which i think is normal as said in the article. other than that i did everything right.

Is it possible that the iacv doesnt have coolant in there so idle is low?
