Another satisfied ITR rear sway bar/BSQ kit customer
For all that want to get started modifying your non-TR Teg -- this is a great place. For $120 and a couple of hours, you have a significant improvement in handling. My inside-front tire is loving it! You can actually apply some throttle on corner exit without severe wheelspin.
And as far as BSQ's kit and instructions -- great stuff
The kit is very cleanly and professionally done, and the instructions (complete with color pictures) are great.

How did u get the bolt off? Did you use a hammer and chisel or thread half a bolt-in and hit it with a hammer. I am going to do this soon and want to know the best way to do this. TIA

cool. Thinking about it myself too. I assume that you got the USDM ITR sway bar right? was wondering if anyone else used the BSQ kit but was running the JDM ITR sway. Curious to know how 23 mm is vs. 22 mm.

Yeah, it is the 22mm. When you hold the bars next to each other, it's amazing how much beefier the ITR bar is...
Honestly, I'm not sure what the spring rate difference is between 23 and 22, but I would certainly be curious to know if someone had experience.
I just can't get over how much I appreciate the difference. So worth it. The car, if not literally transformed, is significantly improved.

Not sure how much the JDM 23mm bar is, but if you're looking for a significant upgrade from the 22, Saner Performance makes a 3-pos adjustable 24mm bar for around $200. Catch-22, H-T member and co-founder of the Honda-Challenge series (and class champ, I believe) swears by it.

Works on all models, so no problems on your LS.
I just ordered my stuff. I the kit from BSQ already, but just waiting for Acura
Carland to ship my Swaybar and parts for it.

I also just installed the ITR sway bar with BSQ's kit.
It took me about 2 hours to do it all. The hard part was getting the damn welded nuts off.
Other than that it was an easy install.
After driving with the bar on, I noticed a lot less body rolls, the car feels stiffer in hard cornering and more neutral steering (way less understeer)
All in all, one of my favorite mods to date.

I'm also a satisfied ITR rear bar/BSQ customer. I've also helped install a 23mm JDM rear swaybar on a friends car. He is satisfied also. Not a bad mod for the two hours it took to put it on.

the BSQ kit and the BEAKS kit are two different kits right? you only need one kit correct? not both? whats the difference between these kits?
