timing belt help?
planning to change my timing belt and water pump.....anyone know where can i find a decent budget timing belt and water pump online....
my next question is that does the belt need to match this part number 14400-P7J-004....and the water pump match this part number 19200-P75-003 lastly can you guy see if this belt qualify for it (btw, I have a 94' LS bone stock B18b1) http://www.1aauto.com/1A/Timin...54469 thx... |
I would personally recommend that you stick with OEM when it comes to stuff like that. If it breaks, your whole engine is pretty much toast.
Spend a little more now and live with peace of mind for that next 90,000 miles. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif |

Yeah it'd be your best bet to stick with companies such as gates or goodyear with the timing belt. Granted they have a "warrenty", when a belt breaks the actual belt will be the LEAST of your concerns. Only if they'd warrant bent valves <3

Re: (Montx)
go with a goodyear gatorback and autozone lifetime warrnty new water pump
i managed an autozone for 5 years and never had a belt come back, and maybe 1 water pump after the guy used it for roughly 3/4 years |
