teg turned turbo/ lil wire tuck/ fusebox + battery relocation
About a week or so ago I hit a curb cos I slid out on some black ice on my way to work. The outcome was a bent lower control arm. So while I'm waiting for my friend to give me a new one I figure hey why not slap my turbo on my car. Hey why not? So I did. But wait while im slapping a turbo setup why don't I relocate my battery and fuse and start a wire tuck? OK here goes..
still a mess while I start relocate things..
no fuse box or battery..
oh theres the fuse box! under the dash where the AC stuff should be lol..
ohh HOTT
these are the pics I've taken so far.. Ill be sure to post more tonight when it is alot cleaner and hopefully running if I get an ic and piping from this kid tonight
i still need to run the msd blaster coil through the firewall to where the fusebox is and mount my HID boxes out of sight and hide the headlight wiring. IDK I got alot to do so why don't I just get back to work on my day off from real work!

That looks like the ssac kit to me....might be wrong though. I hope the turbo works for you. My one friend bought one a few years back and it wouldnt make any boost at all after the whole kit was installed.

that is a ssautocrome manifold but it is a garret turbo, its easy to tell the difference. the manifold should last for a while, but who knows, the turbo is a very good choice, it looks like a t3/t04b or around that area. have fun with the turbo setup man, looks fine to me, just one day when u get the chance get a diff manifold, or if it cracks. have fun with it and to haters
to ur setup

it looks like its time to replace your cam seals/valve cover gasket. I see oil next to the distributor

Re: teg turned turbo/ lil wire tuck/ fusebox + battery relocation
I dont mean to revive a old thread, but jon i am in the process of relocating my fuse box to the same location as yours.
The only problem im having is removing the A/C components.
Can you remove them without pulling the dash?
