Popular/cheap route for more power.
Hello. My friend has an Integra (94) and dosn't know much about cars let alone frequents the internet. I know a little bit about cars, but mostly when it comes to my car (a wrx). He wants me to help him build his car to be "FAST!".
I was just curious to what are some cheap mods to add to power. I want to say exhuast but I don't think it makes much of a difference (right away at least) without a turbo.
What is a popular route you take with modding the integra? For example, with the wrx. It's exhuast, followed by catless up-pipe, intake, and a ECUflash/protune. I can't say that this is what 100% of wrx owners do(who are into modding), but it's what at about over half do. Is there something simialr for integras?
Thanks for your help or redirection to other threads.

tell your friend to stop being cheap. Being cheap isn't gonna make his car fast but if he's on a low budget. He can boost or motor swap but since he doesn't know what he's doing he needs to read ALOT. Can't just give someone power and have them not know what to do with it
