I cant really offer to much more insight. I checked my oil pan and found metal flakes in it. I believe low oil pressure was what got me, so now i'm rebuilding. Just get a few more opinions or pull it out and look for yourself if you have another means of transportation.

the humm of your exhaust make it kind of hard to hear the noise very well so heres a few things to try.
does the noise get louder as the car heats up? - if so I would say spun rod bearing
does the noise go away when you push in your clutch pedal? - if so I would say main transmission bearing.
if neither of thoes then I would say do a valve adjustment like Dogginator said.
(its usualy a good idea to listen to what he has to say)
Im no expert but maybe that will help
