The spoiler is different, Different bolt pattern on the wheels, the bumpers vary slightly, and a different muffler. It's pretty much identical otherwise. Oh the type R also sits about 1" lower as well.

Front bumper is the same, the ITR has a front lip. There are also no side moldings on ITRs. It has a reinforced chasis, no sunroof or sound dampening material to eliminate weight. Five lug bolt battern and bigger brakes. Rear performance rod, increased rear wheelhouse thickness, thicker rear pillar girder, thicker rear roof rail, thicker rear damper gusset, aluminum strut tower in engine bay (rear on JDM models only), thicker rear lower arm bracket, rear cross member performance rod, thicker rear wheel arch extension. Probably missed a lot but those are ITR specific differences.

Everything is pretty much covered by the gurus. The most noticable features are sunroof,no molding ,wing and front lip,

To finish beating the dead horse into the ground, I found this image on the ITR Expo forums just today. This reiterates what beecee18 said about the body itself being different from all other Integras.
