I am looking to swap my b-series for a j-series engine, what kind of issues would I be looking at?
what mods would I need to do?

Hm. Well, in doing an extensive (read: 5 minute) google search entitled "j series engine", the 2nd link that came up was this article in superstreetonline

J-Series - Engine Swaps - Honda Tuning Magazine

It appears hasport has the motor mounts you need. plus you need the engine & tranny of course. Maybe that article would be a good place to start.
