Occasional crank, no start?

Im stumped ive been starring at my integra for a few days. I have a 97 LS 4dr, stock motor but everything else has been changed. Currently turns over when she wants to. Battery checks out good brand new, new distributor, fuel pump is hard wired into a switch. Is it a ground? I have the ones that were originally on the motor when i bought it. In the same spots when i bought them except for one. I have one on the alternator the trans to the chassis and the battery grounded in the trunk. Any ideas?

a failing starter will do that, as one possible culprit

I checked the starter is good. If i run my fuel pump i flood everything out and the cranking dies. Brand new dizzy. I know shes getting spark. I have a wiring issue somewhere keeping it from actually starting
