no spark?!?!? bad ecu maybe???
 

well i know this is the acura page.. but i have a crx with a 95 integra gsr i motor and the acura ecu in my car.

ok to start i have no spark i tried everything. i wiried up the distributor perfect. i got a ecu pinout and ran all the wires myself to make sure it was done rite. but still no spark i tried everything.. the only thing i can think of at this point is a bad ecu ... is there anyway to test the ecu?!?!?!

i think you should get a wireing diagram and dvom (or other words multimeter) and see if you get voltage to the distributor and check resistance to the ecu from the dizzy. Possibly check the signal wire from the ecu to the distributor also, if nothing then the ecu is junk

i have a wiring diagram and i check it 6 times its rite.. i do have a multimeter.. and from what ive check i have no signal to the distributor from the ecu ..

you probably have a bad ignitor or coil...very common on integras and civics as well. some might say the main relay as well but if ur not getting spark then its usually the ignitor or coil. what happends w/ the main relay is a solder breaks or seperates on the board and will cause a no fuel symptom.

was it running fine b4, when u installed the motor....
