need help on these ecu codes
 

ok the other day i went to autozone and ran the diagnostic and it came up with these 3 codes: p0420, p1259, p1457. Is there a way i can fix these problems at home or will i need to bring it in?

can you get the one and two digits numbers? such as 20 or 3

it will make it quite a but earier to look up

p0420=Catalyst Systeam Efficiency Below Threshold...Most likely a bad Cat.
p1259=Vtec System Malfuction...Clean the Vtec solenoid, flter might be drity.
p1457=Evaporative emissions (EVAP) Control system leakage EVAP canister systeam)...
