Default My p72 ecu has some areas that are burned and having issues IACV

Been having issues with IACV, throwing code 14 replaced IACV twice still the same issue. I just open the ecu and found 2 spots on the board that are burned, could this issue be affecting IACV????

Yes a burned up ECU will cause problems.

Post detailed, close up, in-focus photos of the burned components and I can try to help you figure out what they are and how to go about replacing them. There's a chance you could just replace the burned components and have it start working again, but if that doesn't work a new ECU might be required.

Post pics of the ECU, try looking at the plug and wires that go to the IACV sometimes they get worn pulled or spliced and have a bad connection. Try a different ecu.
