tougetuned_ef

ok so i bought this 92 integra from my buddy who got it from a dumbass who hacked up the wireing bad. i have been trying to restore this car and have been back and forth to the junkyard many times for parts. i need to get it inspected but the hazards wont come on. i have gotten all the other lights to work but not the hazards. the turns work fine, i have tried 4 flasher relays 3 from the junkyard and 1 brand new, checked all fuses, tried 4 switches all from the jy, and have looked around the dash harnes and have found no broken wires. im not to good with a multi meter, and dont really know how to test things all that great. i tried but half of the wires i have seen the same color a couple of times. ie.yellow/red and green/red. any pointers would be great. im in the philly area so i would be willing to pay someone to figure this out. if not im gonna have to talk my mech into inspecting it.
