all you need to do is hold the button when the light is on (right after you start the car)... it will go away.

Try disconnecting your battery for a good three minutes.

do you guys know how to freakin read? he knows there is a button but he thinks its missing.

anyway. i have never heard of the button being gone. maybe you arent looking hard enough. just keep looking, its a green button. the first time i had to do this i had to literally climb under there to see it. i beleive its green and if you were to be sitting on your seat, it is under panel were your right knee shuold be. good luck!

but if you do find it, turn the key to the ACC position and hold it there till the light goes of (usually about 10 to 15 seconds).

At the top right of every web page on this site, you will see the word <FONT COLOR="red"><u>Search</u></FONT>. They make it red and bold and underline it so that even the most clueless among us will find it.

If you use the search to look for archived topics in this forum with the word "light" in them, here is what you will get back:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Search &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">» Search Results

Your search for light returned 125 results.</TD></TR></TABLE>

At least 8 or 9 of those topics answer your question.

You don't have to remove the panel. But it's on the backside of the panel, so I wouldn't call it "in plain sight". Just reach under there and feel around with your fingers, and you'll find it.
